Cookers Gorenje series EI (induction)
Gorenje EI: induction cookers
The principle of electromagnetic induction, on the basis of which induction hobs work, involves the use of magnetic field energy for heating. At the same time, the surface of the stove remains cold, only the bottom of the dishes installed on it is heated. Such solutions can significantly reduce the risk of burns during cooking and more finely control the heating temperature. In the Gorenje freestanding cooker portfolio, induction solutions are united under the umbrella of the EI family.
Induction models of the Slovenian brand belong to the elite division of electric stoves. They are equipped with a heating system with four autofocusing burners of different sizes and different heat outputs. Thanks to the BridgeZone function, two cooking zones can be combined into a single heating zone for the use of large pans. The working surface of the stoves of the Gorenje EI family is covered with glass ceramics.
Induction cookers require appropriate cookware — it must have a thick metal bottom. |
The control system for induction electric stoves of the series is often represented by the IconLED touch programmer. Also, their integral attribute is a spacious BigSpace oven with a volume of about 70 liters with convection, a grill and a spit. The inner surface of the oven chamber is protected by a three-layer non-porous SilverMatte enamel, which withstands high temperatures and is easy to clean from dirt. The icing on the cake in the design of the family slabs is the practical CompactDoor with double glazing and GentleClose.
