Synthesizers with chorus
Chorus
— a function that allows you to simulate the choral sound of an instrument to a certain extent. The principle of chorus is that the original signal (each note) is copied several times and these copies are played along with the original, but with a slight shift in time — to create the effect of polyphony. However it is impossible to achieve one hundred percent similarity of the chorus with a real choral performance even in the most advanced synthesizers. However, this drawback often turns out to be uncritical, and the specific sound of the chorus may well be used as a separate effect, and not as an imitation.Show
