Thru neck electric guitars
— with a through design, the neck does not end at the point of attachment to the body — it runs along the entire length of the body, to the very bottom end. In this case, the bridge, usually, is installed directly on the neck. This option is the most expensive, but also the most advanced, it allows you to achieve high-quality sound without frequency dips and with good sustain. The disadvantage of through fastening, in addition to the price, is the difficulty of repairing and replacing such a neck (often removing it is generally impossible).
