— combined type handles: the base is made of metal (steel, aluminium, cast iron — depending on the material of the pan), and there is a heat-insulating coating on top. Thanks to this, the handle has the high strength characteristic of metal, while the cook's hands are well protected from burns, and protective devices in the form of oven mitts or mittens may be required only during long cooking. Among the shortcomings, it is worth noting the sensitivity of the coating to high temperatures — for example, only some of these models can be used in the oven.
