— a variety of pots for steam cooking. They consist of several containers: water is poured into the lower one, and “superstructures” (one or more) with the prepared product are placed above it. When boiling, water creates steam at the right temperature, which passes through the holes in the bottoms of the settings and ensures cooking. Steam cooking is widely used in dietary nutrition, because. considered more gentle than even ordinary cooking; in addition, many products are simply more convenient to cook in this way.
