Milk pan

— specialized pans for heating milk. They differ from more traditional saucepans primarily in proportions, and sometimes in shape: the height of the milk jug is usually greater than the diameter, the walls can be either even or narrow at the top, and for the convenience of pouring milk, a characteristic spout is often provided. Also, some models have double walls and are designed to heat milk in a steam bath, which avoids burning. Volumes of milk jugs can be different, from a modest 0.2 liters to 2 liters or even more.
