During 2020 our engineering team have been developing new technology hanking machinery to go with some of our bespoke and unique machinery for manufacturing, spooling, winding, coning, dying, drying and labelling of our fly tying products. Now developed we have been able to design some stunning hanked products, from traditional winging and body material like Krystal Flash to some totally brand new, unique blended products never seen before! Working with pro tyers we hanked 300 strands of these materials in 10” / 25cm long hanks tied at the top rather than center tied unlike many hanked materials.
