In addition, units of this type are not so bulky and heavy, and the simplicity of their design has a positive effect on the price. On the other hand, for a number of technical reasons, it makes no sense to create high-power electric motors. Therefore, most of these models are designed for small vessels and do not allow high speeds. Most often, electric motors are made to be powered by standard car batteries.
