Android 7.0 introduced such an important update as multi-window mode, which allows you to keep two applications open at the same time (each on its own half of the screen). In addition, the innovations include background task switching, a number of solutions for optimizing power consumption and wireless communication, as well as support for VR. The next version, Android 7.1, introduced a number of minor fixes and improvements, without major new features.
