The Zeus series from the Taiwanese manufacturer Team Group comes out with DDR4 format RAM with an optimal balance between the initial price, overall performance and performance. The products received an original design corresponding to their name: a stylized image of lightning flaunts on a bright red background, which refers us to the ancient Greek god of the sky, thunder and lightning, Zeus.

Due to the ratio of frequencies, timings and voltages, RAM will be an excellent option for entry-level and mid-level gaming computers whose owners are striving for a balance between performance and cost. But, alas, they are not intended for overclocking records - a typical Zeus module operates at a maximum clock frequency of 3200 MHz, and that's it. For demanding users, Team Group releases T-Force and Xtreem high-speed memory.

Team Group Zeus memory is represented by single modules and dual sets with standard speeds from 2666 to 3200 MHz. Considering the minimal difference in price, it is usually the faster DDR4 3200 modules that are in the tops of sales. As it should be for memory with a claim to overclocking, 4 GB is almost never found here, and the lineup actually starts with 8 GB slats. In general, the sale is dominated by options from 8 to 32 GB.

In addition to the traditional desktop DIMM-DDR memory, the Zeus series periodically releases SO-DIMM DDR4 laptop modules that can operate at a frequency of 2666 to 3200 MHz at a nominal voltage of 1.2 V. To protect and cool the memory chips, they are equipped with low-profile heatsinks, which are considered exotic by the standards of laptop memory. Along with the Kingston Impact series, this is one of the rare overclocking RAM options for laptops.
