In the Trident series, the Taiwanese manufacturer G.Skill produces exclusively flagship RAM for enthusiasts who are looking for the best components without regard to price. In this family, you can find both very fast slats, massive memory slats with backlight, and very outlandish options with jewelry trim.

An important element of the Trident series is the appearance. All of them are equipped with a stylish plain metal radiator with asymmetrical scallops. The radiator completely covers the entire board with memory chips and plays the role of a canvas for the company's designers. For example, in the G.Skill Trident Z model, it is completely painted in black, and a transparent strip with LEDs runs between the scallops.

The Trident Z Neo radiator is visually divided into two halves. Well, the Trident Z with Royal surprises with a jewelry-style finish: the radiator is painted in gold, the scallops are studded with plastic "rhinestones", and the memory itself is sold in a stylish black box resembling the packaging of expensive Swiss watches. There's even a napkin inside to wipe fingerprints off the case.

In addition to the design, the series impresses with a rich choice in terms of volume and memory speed. As befits overclocker memory, a volume of 4 GB is rare here, and high-ranking single slats and sets of 16, 32 and 64 GB prevail on the market. The frequency selection starts from the base 2400 MHz and in some cases reaches 4400 MHz. It is also one of the few memory kits in which you can buy a set of four slats with a volume of 32 GB.
