The Epson WorkForce series is a line of office inkjet multifunction devices that entered the market in 2013-2014 with the advent of PrecisionCore printing technology. The vast majority of models in the series are versatile 4-in-1 machines, combining the functions of a printer, scanner, copier, and fax in one body. All devices in the line use four-color DURABrite Ultra pigment inks, specially designed for printing on ordinary office paper, providing water-resistant prints that are resistant to fading and smudging. Additionally, the ink dries instantly on paper, allowing for immediate annotation with a marker without smudging the text.


All models of the WorkForce Pro are based on the patented Epson PrecisionCore technology, which utilizes high-precision piezoelectric chips with a generation frequency of up to 40 million dots per second. Thanks to this, the devices deliver high printing speeds (from 18 to 35 pages per minute for black-and-white documents) with resolutions up to 4800x2400 dpi, and depending on the model, can handle monthly loads of up to 70,000 pages. The print head is designed for the entire lifetime of the device and is additionally equipped with the Nozzle Verification Technology (NVT) clog compensation system, which prevents the appearance of lines even during intense use.

The WorkForce product line includes several subseries depending on the format and print volumes. The more affordable WorkForce MFPs work with A4 format and use separate high-capacity cartridges with a yield of up to 2600 – 4000 pages, making them ideal for small and medium offices with a monthly load of up to 30,000 pages. Meanwhile, the WorkForce Pro subseries features more productive and durable machines with A3 format support, larger paper trays, and a fast print head capable of printing 32 – 35 pages per minute. Furthermore, almost all representatives of the WorkForce line support automatic duplex printing and duplex scanning, are equipped with automatic document feeders with a capacity of up to 50 sheets, have color touchscreens for management, and do not require warm-up time before starting work.
