A high-performance inkjet monochrome multifunctional device with a continuous ink supply system that combines the functions of a two-sided A4 inkjet printer, a high-speed flatbed scanner with automatic original feed (up to 50 pages), a copier for quickly obtaining high-quality monochrome copies and a fax. It is positioned as a product of the middle price category, designed for use in small and medium offices.
This model is able to serve the needs of small workgroups in printing, scanning and copying. Thanks to the high-tech Epson PrecisionCore printhead with clogged nozzle control and compensation, as well as the use of fast-drying DURABrite Ultra pigment ink, the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-M5799DWF MFP provides performant and high-quality printing with a resolution of up to 2400x1200 dpi (with proprietary optimization, the actual resolution depends on the type paper being used). A CIS flatbed scanner with a maximum optical resolution of 1200x2400 ensures fast scanning, and an automatic document feeder automates the monotonous work with multi-page documents. To integrate the MFP into a workgroup network, there is an Ethernet LAN port and a built-in Wi-Fi 4 wireless adapter that enables direct printing of documents from smartphones and tablets.
