Adhesive platforms

— a small platform that can be fixed to a flat hard surface with adhesive. The main function of adhesive platforms is to mount on a car (roof, hood, etc.). However, such a mount is quite versatile and can be used almost anywhere where there is enough flat space for reliable installation (for example, as a helmet or on the surfboard). At the same time, compared with another similar variety — suction cups (see the relevant paragraph) — adhesive platforms are considered more reliable. On the other hand, mounts of this type are designed for permanent installation in one place: removing the platform usually requires special actions (for example, heating with a hairdryer), and after that the adhesive layer becomes unusable.
