Value for money
The Xiaomi Redmi sub-brand smartphone offers good value for money. Outwardly, you can’t distinguish it from more expensive models, although, in fairness, these days all phones look the same. Perhaps, the low price tag here is given out only by not the most minimal frames around the display and the case, which is quite easily soiled and quickly collects fingerprints. Fortunately, they did not save on the bundle and put in the box not only the charger and cable, but also a transparent silicone case. By the way, a protective film is also immediately pasted on the screen, so there is no need to worry about additional accessories.
On the front panel is a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400x1080 pixels and a standard refresh rate of 60 Hz. The picture on it is bright, the text is clearly visible both in the bright sun and in the dark. The 13-megapixel front-facing camera has a round cutout in the screen, and a fingerprint scanner is built into the power button on the side. Yes, this is not a more modern under-screen sensor, but it works quickly and without errors. An alternative to it is the face recognition function. As for the main camera, it consists of four sensors, including a 48 MP Sony IMX582 sensor, an 8 MP ultra wide-angle lens, and two additional 2 MP sensors for depth estimation and macro shooting. In general, a decent set for an inexpensive smartphone that produces good pictures in good light.
"Filling"
The Snapdragon 678 processor is installed inside Redmi Note 10, designed for low-cost and mid-range devices. For demanding games, its capabilities are not enough, but it handles with everyday tasks. But in terms of battery life, there are no complaints: the battery has a capacity of 5000 mAh and will provide up to several days of work on a single charge, despite not being the most energy efficient chip. It also supports 33W fast charging, which charges the battery to 50% in just 20 minutes. The corresponding adapter is included in the kit, and this is also a plus in the phone's piggy bank, because recently more and more expensive models receive a stripped-down package.
In addition, it is worth noting stereo speakers, a slot for two SIM-cards and microSD memory cards and the presence of a 3.5 mm headphone jack. But NFC, unfortunately, no. To sum up, it turned out to be a good smartphone at an affordable price. For her sake, of course, I had to sacrifice something, but all these nuances are not critical. By the way, for more demanding users, there is Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, which has a screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a more powerful processor, a 108 MP camera, but the price tag is higher.
