I recommend it to food enthusiasts

I have the version for Fuji X, and in this system, the only competitor is the 90mm f2.0, which is significantly more expensive and has slightly less light-gathering ability, so this lens is like a breath of fresh air for the Fuji system. On my X-T3, it looks very solid, especially with the hood. By the way, the hood is just okay; it's plastic and has some play on the lens. So, I leave it at home. Overall, there are no questions about the lens quality. There's a bit of dust on the front lens, but it's insignificant at an open aperture.

As for the image quality, to my taste, there's nothing special. I had the Canon 85/1.2 II, so I have something to compare it with. There is some purple chromatic aberration, sharpness is decent across the field, bokeh is nothing special; it blurs the background to butter-like smoothness on a bust portrait, even if you're shooting in front of trash bins.

Autofocus is a bit slow, but there's a lot of glass, and it's heavy, so it's normal; this is not a reportage lens.
