High-performance dual-band AX3000 class access point for outdoor installation. Supports Wi-Fi 6 standard and features Power-Over-Ethernet (PoE) power delivery capability. Designed for deploying a Wi-Fi network on the summer terrace of a café, restaurant, or gas station area, in the courtyard of a private house, or in a small park. The securely protected casing (IP54) allows the MikroTik wAP ax access point to operate at temperatures from -40 to +70°C.
It is protected against rain, snow, fog, and condensation. The device can also be installed indoors, on a wall or ceiling. The casing includes an opening for concealed cable entry, so the cable is not visible and does not affect the interior appearance. The access point is equipped with a Gigabit Ethernet LAN WAN port with PoE power delivery support (PoE injector power supply included).
It also has four built-in Wi-Fi antennas with a 180° coverage pattern (2 antennas 2.4 GHz in MIMO 2x2 mode + 2 antennas 5 GHz MIMO 2x2). The device cover is secured with a non-standard screw, which protects the access point from unauthorized interference. Thanks to the use of the RouterOS operating system with a Level 4 license, users have access to many advanced settings sought after by IT specialists. The core hardware configuration of the device is a dual-core Qualcomm IPQ-5010 processor (800 MHz) paired with 256 MB of RAM.

Its capabilities are sufficient for detailed network configuration in an apartment, private home, or small office where high throughput and stable routing are important when a large number of clients are connected simultaneously. The firmware features advanced security tools and can effectively resist brute-force and DoS attacks. Users can set priorities for individual devices, limit speeds, create schedules, set up guest networks, and use many other tools. Advanced configuration requires specialized knowledge, but even a beginner can handle the basic setup. The model supports the Wi-Fi 6 standard and belongs to the AX3000 class. In the 2.4 GHz band, speeds reach 574 Mbps, while at 5 GHz they reach 2400 Mbps. This performance reserve allows large files to be transferred quickly over a wireless network. At the same time, the access point is priced comparably to a regular home router.
Easy Integration
The model can be placed on a desk, mounted on a wall, or installed on the ceiling. The required stand and mounting hardware are included. The enclosure meets the IP54 protection rating, making the access point suitable not only for indoor use but also for outdoor installation. The device withstands rain and snow and remains operational at temperatures from -40 °C to +70 °C. A DC connector with a voltage range of 12–57 V is provided for local power connection. One of the LAN ports also supports PoE technology, enabling remote power delivery. A suitable injector is already included.
