High-quality 2019 panoramic action camera for capturing spectacular 360° video. It is positioned as a product of the upper price category, equipped with two hemispherical lenses, providing the possibility of fully stabilized panoramic photo / video shooting. Capable of recording ultra-detailed video (up to 5504x2752 at 30 fps) in the most difficult conditions. It allows you to shoot exceptionally smooth video, and the quality of stabilization is quite comparable to the results obtained when using professional steadicams. Automatic horizon leveling is supported. The GoPro MAX Action Camera is fully waterproof (IPX8) and can be used for underwater shooting at depths of up to 5 m. The impact-resistant aluminium housing with black SoftTouch coating securely attaches to any GoPro mount.
The camera is equipped with two microphone arrays (with digital noise reduction) for 4-channel sound recording. The 1.7-inch touch screen lets you quickly change shooting modes, adjust settings, and view video in real time or immediately after shooting. Photo mode is supported (16.6 megapixels, panoramas 6.2 megapixels), there is RAW file recording and burst shooting. Built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules are required for smartphone integration and Live Streaming 1080p.

The name of the American company GoPro has become a household word when it comes to action cameras. In 2019, the brand's product range was expanded with an unusual Max camera, which covers the maximum space around the operator with its gaze without any blind spots.
All-round view
The model is equipped with two hemispherical lenses with a field of view of 180° each. The image from them is glued by hardware into a comprehensive video clip with a final resolution of up to 5.6K (5504x2752 pixels). If a 360-degree view is not needed, the operator has the right to select the "flat" video recording mode (like the HERO series of action cameras). In this case, video recording resolutions of 2560x1440 pixels at 60 fps and 1920x1080 pixels with the same frame rate of 60 fps are available.
Flexible management
For ease of viewing and control of shooting parameters, a 1.7-inch color screen with touch control is provided to the user. Well, the camera's full potential is revealed in the proprietary mobile application with a built-in Quik video editor. The camera has also learned to respond to the operator's voice commands - up to fourteen of them are recognized (including in Russian).
On-board equipment
The GoRpo Max's onboard equipment includes folding "ears" for attaching accessories, a GPS module, and six microphones for high-quality sound recording. But the main accessory in addition to the 360° camera - the Grip monopod - will have to be purchased separately. Another stone in the model's garden is the weak result in low light. However, the all-seeing camcorder has many more advantages and all of them together completely cover the above-mentioned shortcomings.
