Powered by the latest technology, a 27-inch gaming monitor from the 2021 ROG Swift family. The model belongs to the upper price segment and is designed exclusively for professional e-sportsmen and demanding gamers, for whom any little thing can play a critical role in surviving on the virtual battlefield. The Asus ROG Swift PG279QM is based on a high-end 27-inch IPS-matrix with a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels, support for HDR content (DisplayHDR 400 specification), a response time of 1 ms (gray to gray) and an increased refresh rate of up to 240 Hz.
The coolness of the Asus ROG Swift PG279QM is largely determined by its additional features. Firstly, it is equipped with NVIDIA's proprietary G-Sync adaptive sync module, which, unlike AMD FreeSync, works at the hardware and software level and shows more efficient results. Secondly, the monitor supports NVIDIA Reflex Latency Analyzer and Ultra Low Motion Blur technologies, which allow you to accurately measure display latency and minimize blurring of moving objects.
It is worth noting that due to the excellent factory calibration, the monitor can be used for basic photo processing, editing and coloring. In this case, built-in speakers, a USB hub for peripherals and an ergonomic stand with the ability to adjust the screen position will not be superfluous: in height, tilt and rotation angles. Returning to gaming capabilities, it should be noted that there are up-to-date video interfaces, support for Dark Boost mode and an RGB backlight built into the monitor, which can be taught to play in time with other components using the Asus Aura Sync synchronization system.
