On the first day, I noticed a lag in the interface. The cameras are generally good, but sometimes they produce a poor-quality image. I described it in more detail in my video about first impressions https://youtu.be/mJAzIwSu_LI
Screen, performance speed, dynamic island implementation, good sound, and decent cameras.
Glossy edges, camera block design, gesture implementation, and many illogical settings. It noticeably heats up under load, maybe updates will fix it.

All is good
Among the advantages, I can mention the 120 Hz refresh rate, which is noticeable compared to the 60 Hz on my 12 Pro, no matter what anyone says. The cameras also perform very well in challenging conditions, but there's no significant gap between the 12 and 14.
Maybe just the charging speed. If it were not 20W, but at least 30W, it would be more exciting, but that's the price you pay for so-called battery longevity. I can also point out the speed of the phone discharging. It holds a charge fine, but it's not out of this world because it's a trade-off for size.
