Compared to the previous generation, a new processor was installed, the diagonal was increased, the cameras were improved, the 3.5mm audio jack was eliminated, the fingerprint scanner was moved to the power button, and the power port was replaced with USB-C.

The proprietary Liquid Retina display with a resolution of 2360 x 1640 pixels provides vivid colors and realistic content, and 500 nits of brightness with True Tone technology provides comfortable viewing in any lighting conditions. However, the display frequency of 60 Hz may not be enough for the most dynamic games, such as racing simulators. Wi-Fi 6 guarantees high speed and a reliable wireless connection with compatible network equipment.
Own approach
The Apple iPad 2022 has quite a powerful technical equipment. The A14 Bionic processor, developed by the company itself, provides excellent performance in games and does not limit the creative possibilities of designers and artists. The tablet is compatible with the Apple Pencil (Gen1) stylus, which significantly expands its functionality. The built-in memory of 64 GB may seem insufficient compared to modern tablet standards. In terms of security, the model is equipped with a fingerprint scanner built into the power button, which provides reliable data protection.

The tablet is equipped with a seemingly simple camera with a resolution of 12 MP, but it can shoot video in 4K format and supports Slow-mo mode. The aperture of f / 1.8 is enough for working in low light conditions. The sensor has a stabilization system, autofocus and 5x digital zoom. The extended dynamic range of HDR significantly improves color rendition when shooting.
