Gaming monitor from the Nitro line, charged not like a child. The main character of the model is, of course, the screen. This is a ten-bit IPS-panel with a response time of up to 1 ms, broadcasting a picture in WQHD format (2560x1440 pixels). The Acer Nitro XV272UPbmiiprzx matrix supports HDR technology, has an extended colour gamut (95% of DCI P3 space) and, in general, leaves a purely positive impression after a close acquaintance.
The user's attention on the screen is designed to accentuate thin frames. In terms of equipment, the monitor got hold of a serious arsenal of interface connectors (Display Port, two HDMI connectors and a headphone output), built-in 2 x 2 W speakers, a 4-port USB hub with support for fast charging of compatible gadgets and a functional stand in a neutral style. The design of the "legs" provides for adjusting the position of the screen in terms of tilt, height (in the range of 12 cm), as well as a quick turn of the panel to portrait orientation. Another trump card of the model is the presence of a mounting platform for a 100x100 mm VESA wall bracket.

A magnificent monitor with an excellent vivid picture and build quality. 27 inches, 2k, 144Hz, g-sync, HDR (though not true HDR), IPS - all of this allows you to fully immerse yourself in the game and enjoy every one of the 144 frames every second of using the monitor. I got a perfect model with no backlight bleeding, dead pixels, or other issues, just plug it in, turn it on, and forget it. After my old monitors (22" Samsung and 25" ViewSonic), this beauty provides an unforgettable user experience and great gaming sensations. I won’t consider this a downside of the monitor, as it’s an Nvidia issue: I quite often see flickering with the vertical sync and g-sync enabled. The USB hub with 4 slots (2 on the side and 2 on the bottom) is an extremely convenient feature if you often work with removable drives or for connecting wireless mice, headphones, keyboards, Wi-Fi. I also want to point out that the HDR mode on this monitor looks great, even though it’s HDR400. If you haven’t experienced this technology before, go for it, you won’t regret it. The panel installed is simply superb, with very vivid and beautiful colors and excellent color reproduction. The factory calibration is quite accurate, but for professional work, it's better to call in a calibrator to achieve better results. For me, this is the best monitor for its 28k price. I don't regret it at all and highly recommend it to everyone! Each of its features. I am absolutely thrilled with this monitor. Sound quality in the speakers. I can't consider this a direct drawback, as it's not that important to me: it plays, but the sound is flat and uninformative. It's enough to watch a video in the background or have a conversation, but I would refrain from listening to music. |
The monitor is great, but there's one problem - the backlight in the lower left part of the screen is a bit annoying when watching something dark. I kept it because I bought it for 22k. I think at that price, the backlight can be overlooked, especially since I previously had a monitor with really poor color quality - benq gw2406z. overall, the monitor is cool. A big plus is that Nvidia added it to the G-sync compatible list. Thanks to this, I've already forgotten what frame tearing looks like. But keep in mind, you'll need to buy a good DisplayPort cable because it doesn't come with one. Also, bear in mind that the speakers in the monitor are just awful. I only turn them on in extreme cases. The colors are vibrant. When I placed it next to my old Samsung VA, I was shocked at how different the image was and how I used to play on it. I don't recommend the VRB low latency mode. It makes everything super fast and unrealistic. Plus, artifacts can occur. You also can't use VRB and Freesync at the same time. So you'll have to decide what's more important to you. I don't use HDR, so can't say much about it. The stand is very convenient. By the way, one of the side USB ports has fast charging. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase, but sometimes I wonder if I needed the 144Hz version. Maybe 60Hz would have been enough. But the 2k resolution and 27 inches are just what I needed.
