Framed by thin screen frames of the monitor, there is a 27-inch diagonal IPS-panel with a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels, a response time of 1 ms (using MRPT technology) and a refresh rate of up to 170 Hz. The Asus TUF Gaming VG27AQL1A is equipped with the ELMB Sync system, which combines two technologies at once: adaptive frame rate synchronization and motion blur reduction.

In addition, the monitor screen has a wide colour gamut (130% sRGB “triangle”), is VESA DisplayHDR 400 certified and has a Low Blue Light filter to reduce visual strain on the user's eyes.
