Built-in DRAM and support for Dynamic SLC Caching including 256-bit AES encryption, End-to-End (E2E) Data Protection, RAID Engine, Low Density Parity Check Code (LDPC).

A-Data XPG GAMMIX S70 BLADE is a high-performance advanced SSD designed for demanding gamers, enthusiasts, and professionals in video editing, photo editing, 3D modeling, etc. Equipped with an InnoGrit IG5236 controller and high-speed PCIe 4.0 interface, this SSD is also suitable for installation in modern gaming systems, including PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 5 Pro consoles.

One of the key features of the S70 BLADE is the use of multilayer 3D TLC NAND flash memory, which, combined with a DRAM buffer and a dynamic cache, significantly accelerates read and write operations, and minimizes delays under intensive loads. High operational speeds (7400 MB/s for read and 6800 MB/s for write) make it the ideal choice for gamers, video editors, and professionals working with large volumes of data.

The second-generation InnoGrit platform provides an optimal balance between final cost, drive reliability, and throughput. The manufacturer paid special attention to cooling, equipping the model with a low-profile aluminum heatsink, complemented by a layer of thermally conductive material that reduces temperature by up to 20%. Enhanced heat dissipation allows the drive to maintain high performance, avoiding throttling under high-intensity loads. Additionally, the S70 BLADE supports LDPC error correction technologies, S.M.A.R.T., and TRIM, which ensure stability and extend the device's lifespan. The large memory capacity up to (1 TB in this version, 8 TB in the maximum) allows storing extensive game libraries, multimedia, and projects without worrying about lacking free space.

good model, liked it.

I bought it for PS5
Should have good speed. Installed in PS5, the system indicated that the speed is about 6200. It doesn't match the stated specifications, but more than 5500 is needed, so that’s sufficient. Also, it's not clear how the speed was measured. And this is the cheapest compatible memory for PS5, yet it is one of the fastest.
The cooling plate is very small, it’s not clear how it will heat up - I’m afraid that it won’t be possible to check it anywhere in the ps5. But there is still a lot of space left for a large radiator; you can generally replace the standard one. But then what is the point of buying this particular model? I bought it to just set it and forget it. Let's see
