Very comfortable mouse with a pleasant understated design (I got the version in gray with a dark blue border). The buttons are indeed quiet, but only with careful pressing (which, by the way, is very soft yet sensitive); however, if you press the mouse buttons as usual, the noise level from the buttons is no different from regular cheap mice. The scroll wheel deserves special attention: it rotates not only silently but also extremely smoothly and has a pleasant-to-touch surface. Previously, I used the M100 model: the keys there had some play. In the M110, the keys press confidently and don't wobble. Quiet keystrokes and scroll wheel. Fast sensor. It fits my hand well.
