This type differs from classical laser levels in that the beam does not pass through the diffuser on the way to the target — instead, the emitter rotates very quickly (hence the name), and the human eye sees on the surface not a point from the beam, but a solid line. This design allows you to save the original power of the laser, so rotary models have a longer range than classic ones and are well suited for large open spaces. But for interior work, it usually does not make sense to purchase a level of this type — especially since such devices are quite expensive. Like any laser tool, they require special safety regulations.
