Focus adjustment

— the ability to adjust the focus range of the beam of light emitted by the flashlight.
Focus is directly related to the range of illumination and the size of the light spot: at a constant brightness, a narrower beam shines further, but illuminates a relatively small area, and expansion allows you to capture a larger area, but at a shorter distance. Focus adjustment allows you to adjust the flashlight depending on what is more important to you at the current moment — the illumination range or the size of the illuminated space.
