LEDs

— also referred to as LED. The most advanced type of lamp to date. The advantages of LEDs are good efficiency, low operating temperature, shock and shock resistance, frost resistance and long service life. Often such light sources are used with reflectors to form a directional beam. And in some flashlights LED can be combined with halogen incandescent lamps; see "halogen lamp" for details.
