Thanks to the open design at the top, the bait will release quickly when moved. However, the closed sides reduce the release of bait when sinking through the water and when landing on the spot. The tapered shape of the weight with the center of gravity pointing downwards ensures the feeders cast very well. A robust metal eye is molded within the weight. The Plastic Cage Feeders are available in Small, Medium and Large format in weights ranging from 10 to 50g.

Specifically designed for fishing at distance, the lead is bottom mounted which improves casting accuracy in crosswinds. The unique lead shape means that the inside of the cage is completely smooth all the way to the bottom of the lead which massively helps to release bait into your swim on retrieve and avoids the bait to become clogged up into the bottom of the feeder. This allows the bait to release easily and also forces the feeder towards the surface on the retrieve, keeping your rig away from snags near the bottom. The smooth base weight ensures no tangles and better bait release as there are no edges to impeed the flow. Small body size Approx. 22mm bore x 40mm long.
