Fast charge

— the ability of power bank to work in fast charging mode. True to the name, this mode significantly reduces charging time: the process takes place at increased power, and the current and voltage at each stage are regulated in such a way as to remain within the optimal values. However, note that nowadays there are many technologies for fast charging, and not all of them are compatible with each other; see the "Fast charge" list for details.

Also note that some power banks with this feature can also use it to charge themselves — namely, they can be charged from adapters that support the appropriate fast charging technology.
