Waterproof power banks

Dustproof, water resistant

— the power bank case has additional protection from dust and water. The specific degree of such protection may be different, it should be clarified according to the detailed characteristics; however, in general, water resistant devices are considered to be devices that can, at least without consequences, endure exposure to rain or accidental spillage of a small amount of liquid. And the most "resistant" of these models can even withstand complete immersion under water for 30 minutes or more. However note that resistance to adverse conditions does not necessarily mean the ability to use a power bank in such conditions: connectors in water resistant cases are often covered with plugs, and full water resistance is achieved only when the plugs are closed (that is, when nothing is connected to the power bank). However, dustproof and water resistant models will anyway be more reliable than similar models without this feature.
