— the kettle / teapot has a special bottom, thanks to which the dishes can be used in conjunction with electric stoves with an induction heater. The operation of heaters of this type is based on an electromagnetic field that heats not the burner, but the dishes directly installed on it. The compatibility of cookware with induction cookers is indicated by a special marking, the corresponding sign is most often placed on the box itself with a kettle / teapot. Note that kettles / teapots for induction cookers can usually be used on classic electric stoves and gas burners, but this rule does not work in the opposite direction — a regular kettle is not suitable for use on an induction stove.
