Subwoofer amplifiers
Subwoofer amplifier
— subwoofers are designed to reproduce bass frequencies — up to 200 Hz (often the upper threshold is even lower). Accordingly, amplifiers for such speakers (we are talking about power amplifiers) are usually equipped with frequency crossover filters with a cutoff frequency of about 150 – 200 Hz and only feed the subwoofer the frequency range intended for it. Many of these models also have phase control, an important feature for tuning low frequencies.subwoofer amplifier | clear | Save List |
