Black Diamond also updated the pic, adze, and spike geometry for greater security in shallow placements. The shaft now has a grooved grip for greater control during self-arrests. The Vision Helmet is Black Diamond's most durable foam helmet for climbing, and this Vision MIPS Helmet adds a Multi-directional Impact Protection System for an even greater level of safety.
