Multiple carabiners can be attached to the pulley at the same time, allowing for easier handling and safer usage. The large pulley conforms to the requirements of EN 12278: Mountaineering Equipment – Pulleys (Safety Requirements and Test Methods). Each pulley has its own identification number in the production order. This number improves the record-keeping and monitoring of metal products during maintenance check-ups.

The Director Yoke features a textile friendly, configurable eye, an extra short gate, a generous curve in the loading area and healthy gate openings. They can be retro fitted onto pre-stitched or swaged lanyard components or used in conjunction with DMM Linkits to form super short connectable systems. When used in conjunction with the DMM Director Swivel Boss, it forms the ultimate swivelling, pivoting double connector. Choose between a rope or webbing spacer to give optimised textile compatibility.

Thanks to the modular design, the fastening plate can be switched to the CHEST CRUISER plate, for example, with just one screw, allowing integration into different harness systems. A small eyelet at the top enables a cord to be threaded through so the ascender can be attached to the rope during various different uses.
