Electric grills with ceramic plates
Ceramic
— ceramic and glass-ceramic plates are primarily found in contact grills today, although they can also be used in other types of grills, such as barbecue grills (see "Type"). These materials offer good non-stick properties and can withstand contact with sharp objects. However, ceramics are prone to damage from impacts and temperature changes, which can result in chips and cracks. Additionally, ceramic and glass-ceramic surfaces tend to be expensive. As a result, these plate materials are relatively uncommon in electric grills nowadays.clear | Save List |
