Optical sights compatible with night vision devices
NVD compatibility
— the ability to use the sight in combination with a separate night vision device. This function is found mainly among collimators (see "Type"): the characteristics of the aiming mark in such models are selected in such a way that it is clearly visible through night vision devices. But optical sights with this feature are extremely rare: firstly, it is quite difficult to provide such compatibility from a technical point of view; secondly, not every night vision device is initially suitable for use with optics; thirdly, specialized night sights often turn out to be more convenient, and even cheaper, than a bunch of night vision devices + optics, and their range is much more extensive.NVD compatibility | clear | Save List |
