Passive emitter

— it is an additional diffuser without a voice coil and a magnetic system, installed in the subwoofer cabinet. Its purpose is similar to a phase inverter: a passive radiator brings out the sound from the back surface of the main cone in such a way that it turns out to be inverted in phase relative to the sound from the front surface. This has a positive effect on the sound quality — in particular, the sound is deeper and richer.
