A distinctive feature of the Cooler Master N series cases is the front panel made of mesh, well-ventilated material, which makes it easier for the fans installed in the case to cool the installed hardware. Also, most cases have an enlarged mesh of side air intakes, and at the back there are additional holes for the release of hot air.

In most cases, this family includes traditional Midi Tower cases with a tray for an ATX motherboard. A video card with a length of 320–350 mm can easily fit on such a platform, 160–170 mm are allocated for cooling the central processor, and there is space on top of the front panel for mounting an optical drive. To simplify the user’s life, the manufacturer pre-installs 2–3 fans, and also uses convenient screwless mounts and removable pockets for drives.

Cooler Master periodically experiments with compact cases of the N series. The most striking representative of this type is the Mini Tower model N200. Despite its modest dimensions and limited displacement, the owner of the N200 can install inside a tall processor tower, a long video card of the GeForce RTX 4080 level and a pack of diverse drives, ensuring the cooling of the components using 5 case fans or a liquid cooling system.
