When it's just us and our pup taking to the trail, we pack the Midori 1 Tent to sleep comfortably in any condition. On clear, stifling summer nights, the mesh walls let breezes flow through for a solid night's rest. On chillier shoulder-season treks, we attach the rain fly for a light shield from biting winds while still getting good air circulation, so we don't wake up all stuffed up. Should we get caught in a downpour, the tub floor and rugged fly keep us dry, while the two hooded vents keep it from getting musty inside.

The buzzing and chirping at night can be a relaxing thing to fall asleep to unless it's coming from inside the canopy with us, so we pack the Mega Bug Tent for all our backpacking pursuits. We set up quickly with the easy one-pole design. The mesh canopy keeps mozzies out but still lets cool summer breezes pass through, giving us bite-free, sweat-free slumber.
