The general features found in most of these models are as follows. Firstly, it is high power — to ensure the appropriate saturation of the sound. Secondly, a predominantly passive type — based on connection to special theatrical amplifiers. Thirdly, such acoustics are sold mainly in one column, so you can easily assemble a set for the features of a particular hall. There are exceptions to these rules — for example, sets of a couple of columns, active systems, etc. — but it is extremely rare

Note that it does not make sense to buy acoustics for this purpose for a home theater — they are too expensive, difficult to install and connect, and most often also unnecessarily powerful.
