Hemming machines are designed in such a way that bending occurs immediately along the entire length of the workpiece — this allows you to avoid irregularities and creases, which, in turn, has a positive effect on reliability and corrosion resistance. Design features in different models of such units may be different, respectively, the possibilities may vary: for example, manual machines are suitable for metal up to 1 mm thick, for thicker workpieces an electric or hydraulic drive is needed.
