Finger expanders

— a kind of carpal expanders (see the relevant paragraph), which allows you to train not just the whole hand, but also each finger individually. The classic carpal expander is a base to which working surfaces are attached on both sides with the help of springs. At the same time, on the one hand, the working surface is solid, the palm rests against it; and on the other hand, there are 4 separate platforms for each finger, each with its own independent spring.

Finger expanders are noticeably more complicated and more expensive than conventional carpal expanders, but they are indispensable in cases where you need to carefully work out each finger on your hand. Such shells are valued, in particular, by musicians; they are also useful in rehabilitation after some injuries.
