Thermopots with blocking water supply

Water supply block

— a feature found mainly in thermopots and hot water dispensers.

As a reminder, these devices have a button or lever that dispenses water from a special spout (see "Water supply (Thermal Pots)" for more details). The water dispensing lock feature is particularly useful for families with young children, as it prevents accidental water dispensing that can result in burns. The locking mechanism is designed to be easy for adults to use while being inaccessible to children. A common example is a pair of buttons on the control panel that need to be pressed simultaneously to turn the lock on or off.
