Phanteks CPU water block features a larger copper base (70x70x4mm) than standard blocks. The fins are fine-tuned to 0.4mm wide and designed with extra high fins (5mm) for improved conductivity.
The sealing is ensured by DuPont Viton rubber washers. The Military-Grade Viton increase temperature capability and stands up to aggressive fluids.
The Viton retains sealing force to prevent leaks even after compression for long periods.
The SoliSku universal mounting kit provides an easy-to-install rotational back plate for Intel LGA 2011-3/115X.
