Like the original PS5, the Slim version is equipped with an 8-core AMD Zen 2 processor with a clock speed of 3.5 GHz, the graphics system is based on the RDNA 2 architecture from AMD and includes 36 computing units with a frequency of up to 2.1 GHz.

The amount of GDDR6 RAM is 16 GB. The built-in SSD drive with a capacity of 1024 GB with a PCI-E 4.0 interface provides fast console and games. Users can expand the storage using compatible M.2 SSDs.
