A close relative of the original Realme C21 smartphone, with the only difference being that the Y modification is powered by another entry-level mobile processor, the Unisoc Tiger T610 octa-core processor. Together with him "under the hood" the device has 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of non-volatile memory. A triple tray for two SIMs and a microSD card allows you to expand the capacity of a regular drive without having to compromise.
An IPS screen with a teardrop notch in the upper segment and a small “chin” at the bottom extends across the entire plane of the Realme C21Y 32GB front panel. The display measures 6.5" diagonally, but the image resolution on it is small — 1600x720 pixels. On the side of the back with an X-shaped pattern, the model is equipped with a triple camera 13 + 2 + 2 MP and a round platform for a fingerprint scanner. A capacious 5000 mAh rechargeable battery is hidden in the depths of the body of the device with charging at a standard pace through the contacts of the microUSB connector. A budget phone that justifies itself. The processor is not very powerful but sufficient for videos, social media, communication, and GPS. The RAM and memory work fast for this category. The screen lacks brightness; only at maximum setting does the sun not cause issues. The sound is loud but not for audiophiles. There is no fast charging. NFC is available and works excellently. Geolocation functions well too. Though it's far from a flagship, I am satisfied with its performance. The materials used aren't great, though the assembly is good. Over-the-air updates still keep coming. There are many features I don't use. It comes with pre-installed apps. You shouldn't play games on it, as it heats up and throttling is noticeable. The phone is good for its price, operates quickly, nothing unnecessary, bright screen, clear sound. I hesitated when buying because I didn't know the brand, but I bought it and never regretted it. I don't recommend this phone. I had it for only 5 minutes and the screen was dimming every half second. Then I went into settings, clicked on high contrast, and boom, a black screen. I set it up to display on the computer, turned off high contrast, and it was still a black screen.
