Large, high-performance tower-type CPU cooler with a traditional dual-section (dual-tower) design, a U-shaped layout of six 6 mm heat pipes, two high-performance 120 mm fans with long-life hydro-dynamic bearings, and installation on its own backplate. It features a restrained design, soldered heat-pipe mounting in the nickel-plated copper base, and an impressive aluminum heatsink surface area of about 7,500 cm²).
Positioned as a mid-range product for 2024. Suitable for AMD and Intel Mainstream and Performance class processors. Thanks to its optimized construction and quality materials, the ID-COOLING Frozn A620 PRO SE CPU cooler can remove and dissipate up to 260 W of heat. This performance allows it to be recommended for moderate overclocking experiments. Stated compatibility with motherboards equipped with AMD AM5/AM4 and Intel LGA1851/1700/1200/115X CPU sockets. The two bundled ID-COOLING AC-120K fans support PWM speed control of the 7-blade impeller in the range from 300 to 2000 RPM (up to 27 dBA). Installing the cooler requires access to the back of the motherboard, i.e., removing it from the case.
