An updated version of the popular FreeBuds SE TWS earbud model from Huawei, released in mid-2023. In the second edition, the headphones lost a little extra weight (3.8 g for each “ear” versus 5.1 g for the predecessor) and gained IP54 dust and moisture protection. Huawei FreeBuds SE 2 have a comfortable design and fit snugly in the ears of the vast majority of users. The headphones sound good and are suitable for unpretentious everyday use.

However, the model does not have active noise cancellation, which is why you will have to put up with the audibility of loud ambient sounds. To connect the headphones to the audio source, the Bluetooth v 5.3 wireless protocol is used. Control of the model’s operation is based on touch gestures, and you can flexibly customize them in your own way in the Huawei AI Life proprietary mobile application (note that it is not available in the Google Play Market). The level of autonomy of the headphones is estimated at 9 hours of listening to audio tracks at medium sound volume, taking into account the charging case - about 40 hours. In this case, literally 10 minutes. The outlet gives 3 hours of music playback.
