The Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360R RGB is a rather interesting three-section liquid cooling system that is on par with the mid-range CBO, but in terms of quality and efficiency, it practically does not lag behind flagship drops designed to cool Hi-End Core i9 / Ryzen 9 processors. Despite for belonging to the middle class, the manufacturer declares a scrupulous approach to design and promises the highest level of quality at the level of elite CBOs.

In particular, Cooler Master focuses on the use of a two-section pump with an anti-corrosion coating, a custom radiator with an increased density of fins and twin tubes with an external braid and an internal coating of fluoroethylene propylene. Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360R RGB is a closed cycle model that does not require the user to have special knowledge in designing and assembling cooling systems.

All elements, including a radiator, a water block with a pump, and cables with fittings are fitted to each other and are immediately ready for installation on the processor. Heat dissipation from the heatsink is handled by three proprietary 120mm fans with PWM speed control ranging from 650 to 2000 rpm. At peak load, the CBO generates an airflow of 66.7 CFM at a static pressure of 2.34 mm H2O and a noise level of no more than 30 dB. Built into the fan blades and water block cover, ARGB LEDs are capable of displaying over 16 million colors and support all popular synchronization systems including Gigabyte RGB Fusion, Asus Aura Sync, ASRock Polychrome and MSI Mystic Light Sync. Out of the box, the model is equipped with all current socket mounts, including the LGA Intel 1700.
